Bent Knee Crunch

Most of us do some form of Step Ups every day when we climb stairs. However, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do the exercise during your workouts. In fact, it just shows how useful a move it is, because it trains your body to tackle the movements it needs to perform every day.
You can perform this exercise with any form of step, be it a specialist piece of exercise equipment such as a stepper, or just a standard door step or stairs.
